RESEARCH
Healthy Food
From what i understand and observe, it is one of the main important thing that is really helpful to maintain a healthy body and improve lifestyle of a human being. But it's is hard to adapt and get used to because each people are from different culture and different style of eating lifestyle.

it is actually one step to prevent chronic  health risk such as :
  • heart disease
  • cancer
  • diabetes
  • obesity
And what Malaysian doesn't realize is that Malaysia are currently rank at 5th places for having an obese and overweight citizen.

maybe it's time to start to think and change .

Target Audience 

Children
Creating a nutritional home is one of the most important steps you can take to ensure the health of children. To start, make smart food choices, and help your child develop a positive relationship with healthy food.

Teenagers

Many studies have reported that teenagers,are dissatisfied with their weight, and have low self-esteem and a distorted view of their body image. 

Adult 
The focus should be on better nutrition, fluid balance, and the importance of senior exercise.
